System III's built-in virtual technology learns where a call is coming from and where it's calling to, so the first available line card can answer the call. This process eliminates fixed-line hunt groups and maximizes line card use, so fewer are needed. System III recognizes caller ID, dialed number (DNIS) and originating numbers (ANI) instantaneously - before the call is picked up.

 Less time on-line means lower phone costs and the convenience of being able to trace the originating call, ghost calls and misprogrammed or malfunctioning dialers. Loaded with dynamic features, System III is the ultimate central station receiver solution.

When your alarm system detects a a alarm signal, it is sent from your alarm system to our monitoring station who in turn follow the necessary emergency response plans setup by you the customer.

These contacts can be the emergency services, our Security Officers or yourself.

As we both monitor and respond to our clients, our Monitoring Operators are our Dispatchers and are in direct contact with the Officers responding to your premises.
In the event of an alarm activation or other emergency at your premise there are none of the communication delays often experienced with some other security companies as a result of their forwarding information between separate monitoring and response firms often located at opposite ends of the country.

The time it takes our Officers to get to your premise in response to an alarm activation is significantly reduced accordingly.

On receiving your alarm activation signals our dispatcher will immediately inform you, our Patrol Officers or Emergency Services, as required by your instructions, to ensure the protection of your property.
